Empowered Pathways exists to support women who are deeply committed to their vision and ready to take responsibility for bringing it to life.

Depending on your stage and situation, support through Empowered Pathways may include:
A financial safety-net, typically covering 4–6 months of essential living costs
Seed or growth funding to support launch or expansion
Strategic guidance grounded in real-world business experience
Accountability and structure to support clarity, momentum, and follow-through
A partnership-based approach, built on trust, responsibility, and alignment
All support is tailored, and all terms are discussed privately following an application and conversation.

Want to build something meaningful and sustainable

At the very beginning, ready to leave a job and start
Or already in business and ready to grow or scale

Want funding without responsibility
Are still “thinking about it” without urgency to do it now
Are unwilling to prioritise their business
Are driven primarily by money rather than purpose
